Effects of application

  • Improves the process of an engine burnishing, including condition after overhaul (because of the adaptive properties of the LC, that work on optimization of conjugated friction parts);
  • Increases of the engine life in 1.5 - 2 times (due to wear intensity decreasing);
  • Maintains engine effective power (as a result of fuel combustion quality improvement, decreasing combustion gas leakages to carter, and drop of friction losses);
  • Provides maximum engine protection in extreme working conditions, also in case of overloading or overheating and during «cold start-up»;
  • Makes start at low temperatures much easier;
  • Decreases noise and vibration levels by 5 - 10 dB (due to forming of thick and resistant lubrication “pillow” and clearances optimization);
  • Decreases exhaust CO/CH emissions up to 50 % (as a result of improvement of combustion quality);
  • Prevents friction clearances widening and thus removes reasons for oil burning;
  • Provides possibility of short-time run under oil starvation conditions or when oil (oil pressure) is completely lost.

Due to the fact, that tribotechnical compound Atomium does not contain any aggressive chemical components – it makes our products safe. It does not affect any properties of engine oil, does not artificially change engine operating modes, does not affect the condition of rubber parts-seals, seals, and so on.

Instructions

Engine treatment is carried out after every regular oil change.

It is necessary to add compound to new motor oil in accordance with the following procedure:

  • Warm up the engine to operating temperature (regular operation).
  • Stop the engine.
  • Stir Tribotechnical compound «Atomium Active Regular» thoroughly until natural sediments (active components) are totally dissolved.
  • Apply compound through the regular oil filling neck.
  • After applying the engine should run (it is recommended to drive the car) for no less than 20 - 25 min in of the regular operation mode.
  • After the procedure, you can use the car as usual. 

Tribotechnical compound «Atomium Active Regular»

The compound is designed to protect against wear and maintain the performance of diesel, gasoline and LPG/CNG engines of passenger vehicles, pretreated with compound «Atomium» of «Active» series.

Safety precautions and first aid:

  • It is not expected any health hazard when used under normal conditions.
  • In case of a contact with skin, wash out with warm water, and then wash again with soap.
  • In case of contact with eyes, wash out eyes with large amount of water.
  • In case of swallowing, consult a doctor.

Notes:

  • Shelf life: 5 years. Manufacturing date is indicated on the can.
  • It is not recommended to apply the compound at existence of mechanical breakages of parts and assemblies.
  • Compound ACTIVE REGULAR is compatible with any type of motor oils.
  • The sediment on the bottom of the can is the main working element of ACTIVE REGULAR - these are microparticles of minerals. It is crucially important to thoroughly stirthe contents of the can before pouring it in the engine oil system (sediment color, depending on the release batch, can vary from light green to dark grey and black).
  • Overdose of compound by 1.5 times is not dangerous for the engine and does not disturb its work.
  • Compound ACTIVE REGULAR does not affect the characteristics and status of parts made of composite materials and rubber.
