To restore worn details the active mineral should be present in the motor oil for some time. The huge practice of compound application shows that best results may be achieved with two-stage treatment.
The 1st stage: add Lubricant Composition Atomium Active Gasoline to the engine oil 500-1000 km before oil replacement. Follow next steps:

Before applying Atomium Active Gasoline shake the can thoroughly until natural sediments (active components) are totally dissolved. Sediments are actually active component.

Warm-up the engine to the normal working temperature, then shut off the engine,

Pour Atomium Active Gasoline through the regular oil filling neck.

After applying Atomium Active Gasoline make a drive on the car during no less than 20 min. in any mode (regular operation)
In case if there are more than 1000 kilometers till regular oil change it is reasonable to make regular oil checks every 500-700 kilometers, In case of a significant oil contamination (identify by the color of the oil on the dipstick or oil spots on filter paper) start the second stage of treatment immediately.
The 2nd stage: Change oil. Replace oil and air filter. Add Atomium Active to the new engine oil (see the graph) according the procedure described above.

WHAT IS MECHANICAL ENGINE WEAR?
No metallic surface is ideally plain. It always have some micro peaks and holes. When two surfaces rub against each other they contact in some local points with their most high peaks. In the local micro area around such a point there are very high temperature (more than 1000 °C) and pressure. Peaks are getting damaged and its small particles are separated from the engine part. They flow in the motor oil and get extracted at oil change.The wear widens friction clearances between parts which breaks normal work of mechanism. The more worn are parts the faster goes further wear. After all it leads to an engine fault when details got broken or stuck.
The wear is powerful and dangerous process. It was always a good challenge for engineers to reduce it more than a normal motor oil may do. As a result there appeared a number of different technologies to reduce friction loads, slow down wear and consequently to prolong engine lifetime.
Is the Atomium compound just one of the various antifriction additives? Not exactly. It provides many ways to reduce wear where antifriction property is just a side effect. Firstly – it makes the friction surface more strong and lasting. Secondly – it improves oil holding ability and it provides better oil work and better protection. Thirdly – Atomium compound is able to restore already worn surface. Instead of loosing metal particles a friction surface gets ability to catch them.
SHOULD I PROTECT MY ENGINE FROM WEAR?
On one hand contemporary engines are complicated and well elaborated constructions. Many things are thoroughly foreseen by engineers. And it is true that an average engine will work without problem for three years – which is normally a warranty period. A couple of years more the engine will work little by little loosing its power and efficiency. It is supposed that shortly after you will buy a new car.On the other side contemporary engines are working in really hard conditions. The more power is extracted from less engine displacement, more heavy ecological requirements and so on. In the list of priorities the engine lifetime is much lower than fuel efficiency, power, environmental friendliness and so on. Just because you are supposed to change car soon enough.

WHAT IS ENGINE OVERHEAT?
Any engine has its normal working temperature. Usually is about 95-105 degrees. Elaborated cooling system is responsible to maintain these conditions. Higher temperature is dangerous for many things in the engine. It may melt down plastic gaskets, damage overheated metallic parts such as clans and so on.Particularly it affects the motor oil. Its viscosity goes down, oil becomes more fluid and oil film on the friction surface less dense and stable. It immediately speeds up the mechanical wear.
Overheat may happen when cooling system can’t work properly. Most frequent case – traffic jams, when there are no enough air flow to cool up antifreeze, when the engine get hot air from the hoot and hot asphalt. In addition low engine speeds means low oil pressure and low protection from wear. Driving in the jams is a straight forward way to kill the engine soon.
Atomium compounds create a special layer over friction surfaces allowing them to hold dense oil film regardless the oil condition.
WHAT IS COLD ENGINE START?
When you start your engine after a long downtime it has the environment temperature and not its normal working one. There are two important things to know about cold engine – it has widened friction clearances and there is no oil on them. First piston movements happens without lubricants and widened clearances increases friction loads. It means that at the start the wear is most heavy. One cold start is equal to 150-200 kilometers of the non-stop drive on a highway.Does Atomium compound help? Yes. Protective layer created by the compound is able to hold dense oil film on the friction surfaces even during long downtime. It is enough to sufficiently reduce wear at the first seconds.
Tribotechnical compound Atomium Active Gasoline contains active natural mineral with unique ability to change friction processes. Friction surfaces get ability to catch metallic particles. It gradually builds up a kind of protective layer with a special microporous structure. It is more hard and elastic at microlevel than original surface. It also holds denser film of motor oil.
These properties of protective layer prevent mechanic wear of engine parts and therefore maintains their normal work.
Important note: the compound doesn’t affect the properties of motor oil intentionally or accidentally. It is completely chemically inactive and doesn't have any side effects.
